Pre-university Training Department (EN)

The date of creation of Pre-University Training Department should be considered October 9, 1989.

The motto of the Department is "Pre-University training is an important link in the chain of continuous education."

The main goal is to give the necessary amount of knowledge to start, which will become the foundation for professional education.

The main objectives of the Pre-University Training Department:

  • identification of talented youth;
  • identification of aptitudes to pedagogical activity;
  • preparing school leavers for career choice;
  • improving the educational level;
  • purposeful management of student adaptation.

BSPU is a leading pedagogical university of the Republic of Belarus. An indicator of the growing prestige of teacher education is the tendency of an annual increase in the number of foreign citizens studying at BSPU.

More than 500 foreign students from 15 countries (Azerbaijan Republic, People's Republic of China, Republic of Lithuania, Republic of Latvia, Republic of Iraq, Russian Federation, Turkmenistan, etc.) are enrolled in the Preparatory department, undergraduates, undergraduates, postgraduates, interns, IPCiP students.

All foreign students are provided with places in well-equipped, comfortable dorm rooms. Students have the opportunity to use the most modern auxiliary facilities in their training: an extensive university library, reading rooms, a cafe, a dining room, sports and gyms, a swimming pool.

Cultural and leisure activities of students are of great importance in the life of the university, coordinated by the student club "Yunost" (center for student creativity of BSPU). The Student Club is actively working on aesthetic and spiritual and moral education of the youth of our university.

2. Conditions for admission of foreign citizens to study.

To receive an invitation to study in the Republic of Belarus, you must submit (by e-mail dfr@bspu.by or by fax + 375 17 311 23 28; + 375 17 226 40 24) copies of the following documents are submitted to the International Cooperation Office for consideration: 

– completed application form (download);

- a notarized copy of the certificate or other document of education;

translation  of a certificate or other document of education into Belarusian or Russian, certified by a notary.;

- a copy of your passport or other identity document

translation of a passport or other identity document into Belarusian or Russian, certified by a notary.;

– a notarized copy of the medical report on the state of health issued by the official health authority of the country from which the candidate came to study.

Copies of all documents PLEASE NOTE ! they must be sealed by a notary, and all documents executed in a foreign language must be accompanied by their translation into RussianThe transfer must be notarized.

For the information of the citizens of Turkmenistan! Persons who have completed grades 10 (11) of a general education school have the right to enter a university.

The Department of International Cooperation sends the candidate an official invitation to study, which allows him to obtain a study visa at the consular office of the Republic of Belarus at the candidate's place of residence.

Registration of an invitation to study is free of charge.

3. Deadlines for accepting documents.

For admission to BSPU, you need to submit documents no  later than:

  •  January 1 for admission to the faculties;
  •  During the year for admission to the preparatory department of the Faculty of pre-university training;
  •  30.10.2020 for admission to the master's program.
  • during the year – for admission to graduate school.

4.Payment terms and conditions.

Upon arrival in the Republic of Belarus, a foreign citizen must::

  • submit a package of documents to the BSPU admissions committee and go through the university enrollment procedure:

– application for admission to study with an indication of the specialty (filled in when submitting documents to the admissions committee);

original certificate or other educational document;

original medical report on the state of health, confirming the possibility of studying in the climatic conditions of the Republic of Belarus, certified by the official health authorities of the country of residence;

– a medical  certificate on the absence of HIV infection issued by the official health authority of the country of arrival of the candidate for study;

– medical certificate on the state of health in the form established by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus. The certificate must be obtained at the 33rd student polyclinic in Minsk (on a paid basis).;

– duly certified copy of the birth certificate;

– 6 3x4 cm photos;

certificate of completion of the faculty of pre-university training, preparatory department (if any);

passport or other identity document.

  • Get an interview.
  • Conclude a contract for training, pay for training (the cost of training is approved annually by the order of the rector of BSPU).
  • Issue a temporary residence permit (temporary residence permit) in the Republic of Belarus

PLEASE NOTE!

Within three days upon arrival in the Republic of Belarus, a foreign citizen must submit the following documents to the International Cooperation Department within three days for obtaining a temporary residence permit (temporary residence permit) in the Republic of Belarus:

  • passport with a study visa;
  • migration card;
  • a copy of your passport;
  • 2 photos;
  • health insurance;
  • a receipt for payment of the state registration fee.

The stay of foreign citizens in the Republic of Belarus is regulated by special rules, for violation of which a foreign citizen can be subjected to administrative penalties or deportationTherefore, you must always have your identity documents with you.

5. Exit visa of the Republic of Belarus.

To apply for an exit visa of the Republic of Belarus, you must provide the following documents::

- a copy of your passport;

- a copy of the stamp of the temporary residence permit (registration) or registration insert;

- a copy of the agreement for the hostel (registered in the RSC with 3 seals) or for the apartment;

6. Exit-entry visa of the Republic of Belarus.

To apply for an exit and entry visa of the Republic of Belarus, you must provide the following documents::

  • copy of your passport;
  • copy of the stamp of the temporary residence permit (registration) or registration insert;
  • a copy of the agreement for the hostel (registered in the RSC with 3 seals) or for the apartment;
  • visa application form with indication of the period and reason for departure, signed by the dean of the faculty or the director of the Institute.
